On Craigslist February 16, 2011.
A rare model, the Jaguar XJSC V12 Cabriolet features an interchangeable hard 'T' top and a convertible top. There were only 300 Cabriolets were imported into the USA in 1988. Under 50 remain and their all by car collectors. The car has a V12 engine with over 350hp with only 60,000 original miles. This car has had extensive work done on it in the past two years is in great shape and will give immense joy to the person who comes to own it. I acquired this beautiful car in July 2002. It had sat in the previous owners garage for nearly a year without being driven. At that time it had 50,500 miles on it and now it has 60,000. My intention was to completely restore this car. I have had a lot of work done on it by a meticulous and highly skilled mechanic, who himself is a Jaguar Expert and shop owner . It is a beautiful, exceptionally comfortable car, quiet, handles incredibly well and is very very fast. Due to changes in my employment and financial situation I must sell the car. ASKING 12,000 OBO. Rebuilt front and rear brakes and brake lines, Replaced front wheel bearings, Replaced all the high pressure power steering hoses with new, New fuel pump, Fuel filter, Two new fuel pressure regulators, New alternator, New battery, Two new thermostats (one for each head) and several cooling system hoses. Many minor repairs were made as well and, of course, regular oil changes and lubrication. Brand new tires, driven only 100 miles on them. Fixed Cruise Control with new rubber bellows. Stereo, power windows, power/heated seats with back support adjustment, leather seats, etc., are all in great condition. I am selling this car in absolute good faith and feel great about all I've had done to it. I have personally invested well over $6500 in to this car in the past two years. I must sell as soon as possible.
