This Jaguar XJ-S Targa V12 is equipped with a 5.3-liter engine and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds. The car features Koni shocks, a Corvette shift conversion, Rob Beere air filters, an AJ6 TT extractor system, and an AJ6 Super Enhanced ECU. These components give the car a technical setup that differs from the standard configuration of the XJ-S.
The Jaguar XJ-S was originally known for its combination of a powerful V12 engine, a long wheelbase, and a comfort-oriented setup. Within that context, the modifications mentioned above constitute specific technical characteristics of this car. The Targa configuration further distinguishes this version from the more common closed-top variants within the XJ-S lineup. During its production run in 1986, the XJ-S was a model in which Jaguar combined both the classic twelve-cylinder tradition and the modernization of the powertrain and tuning.
