Last seen November 11, 2018. Previously for sale February 16, 2015 on www.carsales.com.au. Seller is the Current Owner, from Australia, NSW, Lake Macquarie, Swansea Heads. Asking AUD $ 21,900 with 76,739 kilometers.

1988 Jaguar XJ-SC. Rare and collectible classic 1988 Jaguar XJ-SC Cabriolet with unique XJ-88-SC number plates. Pristine and 100% original condition. This is a very special Jaguar. It is THE very last of the original 168 Australian compliance plated XJ-SC Cabriolets imported into Australia by Jaguar and the last factory car painted in Arctic Blue. It has chassis number 5,009 of a total production of only 5,013 Cabriolets produced. It has had only three owners from new and has spent it's life garaged. Engine bay firewall plate shows that it was built in January 1988 and it has a June 1988 Australian Compliance Plate. Very good documentation on history. Owner manuals are still in original leather pouch. Original fully stocked tool kit, original jack and handle, original targa tops carry bag and rear canvas tonneau cover, all in excellent original condition. Original dash and ski slope timberwork is in as-new condition. It even has wipers on the headlights. An eye catching classic Jag and sheer V-12 driving pleasure. Extremely low and authentic 76,739 km on the odometer. This car will not disappoint and you will have purchased a unique and collectable investment at the same time. It is fitted with a powerful but economical 5.3 litre V-12 fuel injected HE engine. The car has regularly been waxed with limited edition Zymol brand Concours carnauba wax and is garaged 24/7. It has 213kW engine power @ 5750rpm. It had a $ 6,131 major service completed by Concours Sporstcar Restoration, Brookvale at 75,937 km (records available) and recently had a major 76,000 km service. Just had A/C re-gas. Body work and paint all original with no accidents. Late September 2015 full registration. This car won’t last long at the affordable price of $21,900. Nearly all advertised XJ-SC’s in Australia are 85-86 models. This 1988 model Cabriolet is a very rare motor vehicle and won't last long at this affordable price.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
