Ebay item 11/9/17
www.ebay.com/itm/1990-Jaguar-XJS/222709534965
Current bid US $1,025 reserve not met 12 bids 4 days left in auction, seller compulsiveshopperjim, 70k miles.

Sellers description:
1990 jaguar X JS rouge collection addition. Numbers matching car. The collection Rouge is one of the rarest jaguars. They only made these cars for a portion of 1989 and 1990. The original sticker price in 1990 was around $100,000.00. In February of 1989 the collection rouge was awarded the title of the world's fastest production car. The 1990 did not have the automatic seatbelt, a very cumbersome feature. This is one of 349 ever produced globally with less than 100 imported to the US, and one of a handful left on the road today. The rouge addition was a special package that consisted of special signal red paint, gold accents, Rouge edition emblems/badges, red seat piping, added performance V12, BBS matching red wheels, and special interior features such as leather shift knob and Magnolia leather interior. It has a 5.3 L V 12 motor that just rolled over to 70K. Any the faulty Lucas components have been replaced with new parts. It has been maintained by the Jaguar dealer and Jag specialty mechanics. The car has had a full service about 50 miles ago and runs great. It has a few minor dings and paint imperfections as she would come to expect any car this many years old. Interior is excellent and the only the driver seat shows typical minimal wear. The pan/undercarriage is rust free. I have driven the car with no issues and have run it over 10 hours straight on long trips. I only use premium fuel and 50 WT oil it all as recommended in the manual. The previous owner had a Kenwood AM/FM CD MP3 Bluetooth radio installed. The factory BBS honeycomb rims are rolling on Cooper CS4 touring tires with 90% tread left there's also a fifth matching spare BBS wheel in the trunk. This car is a smooth road worthy car and runs as it should.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
