1995 Jaguar XJS 2+2.

This is the first convertible Jag I purchased but just have too many projects and not enough time. Car is a rust free California car and has spent the last 10 years in the Nevada desert. As you can see, the Nevada sun has not been kind to the paint but underneath is a great car. Minimal body work needed to make this a very nice XJS.

All electrical works (including the top), except the cruise control. The electronics are good but the control servo arm is broken, you can see that it is not connected to the throttle in the engine picture.

Front seat covers and headliner were replaced 8-10 years ago. New windshield 6-7 years ago but car has sat since I upgraded to a XK8. Even after sitting the car started right up but should not be driven home. Tires are old and I'm sure it could use an oil change and some fresh fuel.

This came from mid west dry and NO rust ! which is the down fall of all jags. it was serviced a couple of years ago and i honestly didn't put many miles on it. motor and trans are in great shape, it may need a alternator. the belt broke off but of course i can start it. everything worked including the top just before the belt broke so i imagine everything is still in working condition . The car was painted under a year ago but someone dented the passenger door. It is equipped with a 4.0 6 cylinder (in line bullet proof engine)i replaced the front seats with used ones that were redone. the vehicle will need a battery, i imagine because i have started it several times with out the alt belt. It needs very little to make it a real driver .unfortunately i cannot continue with my beloved project since i have other obligations before it. The car is being sold as is and where is.
